Why Jane'sPopcorn Sells Itself.
Kids sold pizzas and cookie dough because they had to. They'll sell Jane's because they want to. No more begging aunts to buy something they'll throw away. Every family already loves gourmet popcorn — and you're the one shop with variety flavors from Caramel Corn to Tutti Frutti to Dill Pickle. Show your supporters a menu they haven't seen before, and watch how quickly the orders come in.

What You Can Actually Raise.
$10Your Group Keeps · On Every $20 Bag
20 sellers × 15 bags each = $3,000 in sales — $1,500 goes to your group. More sellers, more weeks, bigger raise — there's no cap. Our biggest campaign banked over $2,100 for its group in a single run. The sky's the limit, and it's yours to push.
Shipping & Timing.
Every fundraiser is made-to-order. We start popping once your payment of 50% of your sales is made to Jane's — so every order ships fresh, never sitting on a shelf.
Plan for 2 weeks between the day your 50% payment is made to Jane's and the day the popcorn arrives. We recommend starting your campaign 3–4 weeks before you need popcorn in hand.
Common QuestionsPopcorn Fundraiser Questions, Answered.
How much can we actually raise?
There's no cap — you keep $10 of every $20 bag your group sells, so the raise scales with your sellers. A 20-seller team moving 15 bags each banks $1,500; our biggest campaign banked over $2,100 for its group in a single run. Call us at 414-486-1200 and we'll size a plan to your group.
Is there really no up-front cost?
Correct. You pay nothing until your group collects orders and payments. Order forms and the flavor menu are free downloads, and we only start popping (and invoicing) once your campaign closes and payments are in.
What if not everyone in our group sells?
No penalty. There are no minimum sales requirements. You keep 50% of whatever your group actually sells — whether it's 5 orders or 500.
How do supporters order?
Two ways, running at the same time. In person, they fill out a printed order form (you download the PDF and print however many you need). Online, they order through your group's dedicated fundraiser link — no login needed.
Do supporters pay up-front, or after?
Supporters pay at time of order — in cash, check, or via your online link. Your group collects payments during the campaign, then remits the wholesale portion to us when it's time to pop. You keep the other 50% in your group's account.
What flavors are available for fundraisers?
Our full menu of gourmet flavors. Supporters can pick any flavors they want on their order form or through your online link — no limits on variety.
What about allergens?
Full ingredient and allergen info is included on the downloadable flavor menu and available at janespopcorn.com/pages/allergens-disclaimer. Common allergens are clearly marked on every flavor.
Where does the popcorn ship?
Popcorn ships to one address — usually the group leader. Distribution to supporters is up to your team. Most groups host a single "pickup day" and hand-deliver from there. We ship anywhere in the U.S.
Can we run multiple fundraisers per year?
Absolutely. Many of our best groups run 2–3 fundraisers per year — fall, spring, and holiday season. Repeat groups get first pick on any limited-edition seasonal flavors.
What's the most profitable type of fundraiser?
Per item sold, gourmet popcorn is near the top: your group keeps $10 on every $20 bag — a 50% split with zero up-front cost. Candy bars typically net a group $1–$2 per sale, and cookie-dough margins run 30–35%, so a popcorn seller banks more per doorbell ring than either.
What are the most common popcorn fundraiser mistakes?
The big three: starting too close to your deadline (leave 3–4 weeks), too few sellers carrying the whole goal, and not using the online link alongside paper forms. Every one of them is avoidable — and we'll walk your organizer through the setup on one phone call.
How is Jane's different from the big online popcorn fundraisers?
The big platforms are online-only and one-size-fits-all. Jane's runs paper order forms AND an online link together, ships made-to-order from West Bend, Wisconsin, and your organizer talks to a real person — Jane — from start to finish. Local product, real service, same 50% split.
