Cancellation policy

Your Jane's Popcorn subscription is a no-commitment arrangement — you're in control from start to finish.

 

You can cancel, pause, or skip a delivery anytime before your next billing date. Manage it yourself from your account, or simply email us and we'll take care of it for you.

 

There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. Once you cancel, no further orders will be billed or shipped.

 

Because we handcraft every order fresh, a subscription order that has already been billed and prepared will still ship. To stop an upcoming order, cancel or skip before your next billing date.
