Refund policy

At Jane's Popcorn, every bag is handcrafted in small batches, popped the week it ships, We take quality seriously — and if something isn't right when your order arrives, we want to hear about it.

Online Orders

Reach out to us within 5 days of delivery if you have a quality concern with your order from janespopcorn.com, and we'll do our best to make it right — usually with a refund or a fresh replacement.

There are a few situations where we're unable to offer a refund:

- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- Flavors that weren't to your personal taste (bold is bold)
- Bags that are more than half eaten
- Requests submitted without an order number and a clear photo of the issue

Because our popcorn is a fresh food product, we're unable to accept physical returns. Every valid concern is handled through refund or replacement instead.

Delivery windows shown at checkout are our best estimate — once your package leaves our shop, timing is up to the carrier. If a box arrives damaged, snap a photo of the outside and inside within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and send a replacement.

Cancellations

We pop your order fresh the day it ships. Once a batch is cooked and packaged with your name on it, we can't pull it back — so please double-check your shipping address, flavor selections, and quantities on the confirmation email as soon as it hits your inbox.

If something needs to change, contact us before your ships and we'll do whatever we can. After that point, changes aren't possible.

Delivery timing isn't guaranteed. If you're ordering for a birthday, holiday, or event, we recommend placing your order at least a week ahead to leave room for shipping variability.

1. Confirm your situation falls within the policy above.
2. Grab your order number (from your confirmation email) and a clear photo of the issue.
3. Email us at janespopcorn@gmail.com with both.

We reply to every message within 3 business days, Monday through Friday.
