Shipping policy

Every Jane's Popcorn order is handcrafted fresh in small batches — popped and packed just before it ships, never pulled from a warehouse shelf. Because it's made to order, please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location.

 

Free shipping on orders $49 and up. Orders under $49 are charged the carrier rates shown at checkout.

 

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are our best guidance — once your package leaves our shop, timing is in the carrier's hands. If you're ordering for a birthday, holiday, or event, we recommend placing your order at least a week ahead to leave room for shipping variability.

 

If a box arrives damaged, snap a photo of the outside and inside within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and send a fresh replacement.
